We saw Shame this week. We both still feel uncomfortable. We haven’t been able to look each other in the eyes since.

See this alone, but I already took my mom to see this with me.
You must have a very special relationship with her, even more so after Shame.
I have watched some odd movies when I visit my folks. I showed them Hard Candy and they loved it. I remember My Mom renting The Shining for me when I was 9 and had the chicken pox. I never did go to the theatre with her to see “Shame” but I wouldn’t feel too weird watching it with them because the sex in this is not erotic
